Rachel Collier — Founder & CEO

Rachel is Third Door’s CEO. She is responsible for setting company and client strategies.

Prior to Third Door, Rachel was the Director of Communications for Spartan Bioscience. At Spartan, she planned and executed marketing, communications, and public relations strategies for the company’s portable DNA devices and tests. Previously, Rachel was a journalist and her work appeared in the Globe & Mail, the Ottawa Citizen, and CTV British Columbia. She was Editor-in-Chief of the Charlatan, Carleton University’s weekly independent newspaper. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Carleton University.

Rachel is an author. Her first book, Maps for Makers: Systems & Stories for Changing the World, was published in July 2020.

Lindsay Crone — Chief Marketing Officer

Lindsay is Third Door’s Chief Marketing Officer. She uses her expertise to discover insights and conclusions that drive results for Third Door’s clients.

Her professional experience includes reaching online audiences for Canadian national sports organizations, measuring and implementing campaigns to drive reach, engagement and growth. She has worked with Canadian sports medicine physicians to establish themselves as thought leaders in online spaces. Most recently, Lindsay was the Managing Director of Elo Hell Esports, an online gaming and broadcast ecosystem.

Lindsay is an avid gamer and vocal member of the esports community. She has a degree in marketing from Carleton University.

Lana Dovbysh — Marketing Operations Manager

Lana is Third Door’s Marketing Operations Manager. She is responsible for lead generation and marketing technologies.

Over the last five years, Lana has worked in five different countries and many industries, including retail, hospitality, restaurants, and biotechnology. Her range of experience enables her to quickly identify the correct goals and develop the right plan to help you achieve them. No matter the industry, Lana can produce results—from achieving a 100% profit boost for a 4-star hotel bowling club in Poland, to generating thousands of high value leads for a Canadian biotechnology company, to executing dozens of successful events.

Lana is passionate about animal justice and loves to dance. Lana holds a bachelor’s degree in hotel and restaurant business from University College of Tourism and Ecology in Sucha Beskidzka, as well as a post-graduate certificate in event planning from Algonquin College.

Molly Kett — Head of Content Strategy

Molly is Third Door’s Head of Content Strategy. She is responsible for helping Third Door’s clients tell their stories effectively.

Molly has more than four years of experience in developing strategic communications plans, creating and implementing marketing strategies, and writing content that achieves client goals. From blog posts to video to social media, she is passionate about creating meaningful content. Molly has developed her skills in her role as Director of Communications for Spartan Bioscience, as well as her previous role as Communications Specialist for Stiff Communications.

Molly is a tea drinker, book reader, and has a weakness for pop culture and podcasts. She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Carleton University.

Kelsey Gilchrist — Marketing Specialist

Kelsey Gilchrist is a digital marketing specialist with a background in content marketing and social media management.

Kelsey has more than five years experience crafting compelling digital content for organizations in the non-profit, education, and healthcare spheres. She possesses a diverse skill set, ranging from content writing and copyediting to graphic design and community management.

Kelsey is passionate about social justice and believes in the power of the written word to make the world a better place. You can also find her on Medium, where she writes about equality, activism, and her latest tv binges.

Mary-Kate Luke — Content Strategist

Mary-Kate is a content strategist with experience in social media marketing and television broadcasting.

Her background includes creating digital content for business executives across various platforms, working at the Toronto International Film Festival and Female Eye Film Festival as a media coordinator, and working alongside television professionals on The Marilyn Denis Show. She is a graduate of the Film and Broadcasting program at Centennial College.

Mary-Kate is a latte lover, a certified makeup artist, and social media junkie who is always discovering new trends through different mediums in her free time.

Heidi Hauver—Vice President of Talent & HR, Invest Ottawa

Heidi partners with innovative companies to provide executive leadership in human resources, mentorship and coaching. She has 20 years of experience in multiple industries, including the private and not-for-profit sectors, and has extensive networks in the community. Focused on transformational HR, since 2007, she founded an HR practice and built three HR departments for companies from the ground up. She is the Vice President, Talent and the HR, Leadership and Culture advisor for Invest Ottawa and Bayview Yards. Heidi’s energetic leadership and constant innovation have earned her several awards, including the inaugural nationally recognized 2018 Leadership Agency Award for Woman of Distinction, a 2017 Top 25 HR Professional, and a 2012 Ottawa Business Journal/Ottawa Chamber of Commerce Forty Under 40 Award.

Katy McFee—Vice President of Sales, Fullscript

Katy McFee has more than 15 years of experience in sales, management, and senior management. Her primary interest is in new, disruptive technologies that are changing the field of healthcare and medicine. As a sales leader early in her career, she played an integral role in revenue growth at DNA Genotek (acquired by Orasure Technologies). She went on to successful sales roles at Sigma Aldrich and Roche Diagnostics, where Katy was the first representative for Roche’s Next Generation Sequencing technology in Canada, before joining Spartan Bioscience in 2010 as Director, Sales, where she was responsible for the development and execution of the sales and marketing strategy for Spartan’s rapid genetic testing system. Katy is currently Vice President, Sales at Fullscript, a rapidly growing health-tech company. Katy graduated from the University of Ottawa with an honor’s degree in Biopharmaceutical Science.

Deborah Rosati—Founder & CEO, Women Get On Board Inc.

Deborah Rosati is an accomplished corporate director, entrepreneur, Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant (FCPA) and certified Corporate Director (ICD.D) with more than 30 years of experience in technology, consumer, retail, cannabis, private equity and venture capital. Deborah currently leads and serves as a Corporate Director for Khiron Life Sciences Corp. (TSXV:KHRN) and Audit Committee Chair and Lift & Co.(TSX-V: LIFT) as Vice Chair and Chair of the Audit Committee. Deborah recently served on the board of Med- Releaf (TSX:LEAF) as the Chair of the Audit Committee (-acquired by AuroraCannabis (TSX: ACB)- July 2018, as well as she chaired the Audit Committee, for NexJ Systems (TSX:NXJ) and was on the board of Sears Canada (TSX: SCC).  She is the Founder & CEO of Women Get On Board, a leading member-based company that connects, promotes and empowers women to corporate boards.
